    I'm sure he pitched up as leader of some Swedish orchestras on occasion. Maybe they were merely "one-offs". Little is said of his work in orchestras.

        Thanks for bringing that to my/our attention. It actually costs less to order it (new) from a marketplace supplier at that amazon.com site than it is via their UK site, even taking p&p into consideration. I just wish the circumstance of your mentioning this disc were not as they are.
