According to my Radio Times Proms Guide, Prom 53, which features Youssou Ndour and Le Super Etoile de Dakar, was postponed to 31st August and became Prom 65a. It will also be broadcast on BBC4 on the 7th of September.
The link which you have provided appears to refer to a concert that does not form part of the Proms season.
Thanks for the info - I've not been paying sufficient attention. Again. Odd that the Inspire concert featuring Proms composers wasn't part of the season - now that the winners have been announced, perhaps there will be a broadcast at some stage in the future. As it took place at Broadcasting House, I guess it has been recorded. I note the link doesn't say what was played.

Two years ago the pieces were broadcast one or two at a time after Proms broadcasts (in previous years there had been a dedicated programme). Last year the performances weren't broadcast but were available on the website - indeed they still are - https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p030pblf - but as far as I can see there's no indication of when the 2018 pieces will be available.
