Would have loved to savour the last chord of the Rachmaninov before the applause started,but that's a very minor quibble.

Great programme. Another one to catch up on this weekend.

He's very impressive. A big sound, plenty of technique. But definitely some probing musicianship in the Rachy 2nd sonata more in the Van Cliburn mould than trying to ape Horowitz.
