Making a song and dance about Creation.

Did anyone here turn on, tune in and not drop out? I simply felt I could not face it, and not just because it was the BBC Singers. Should I catch it via the iPlayer?

I might just put a couple of hours aside to watch/listen to the online video. Not tonight thought:

Thanks Bryn for the link to the online video. Despite your reservations, I shall watch this in dribs and drabs. (Already started!) A great Uriel...bit of a gift for a tenor. It's the oratorio that puts a smile on people's faces, both choirs and audiences, in spite of (maybe because of?) the weird libretto. As for the ballet, why not?

I notice von Swieten's libretto has been tinkered with a bit, e.g. in The Heavens are Telling
