    Ian Skelly introduces chamber music by Mozart and Haydn from West Cork and and Brussels along with a performance of CPE Bach's Magnificat, recorded in the Gothic church of St Nicholas in Jüterbog during the Brandenburg Summer Concerts.

    Sorry, me again. Another CPE Bach tonight. I’m not familiar with the performers but will be good to hear the work.

      Well its Rilling's instrumental ensemble, so should be pretty reliable.

            And yet again too bad if you use the Radio Times to inform your listening....According to RT I should now be hearing the CPE Bach, but what's actually on is violin and piano, and as I missed the programme intro I also missed that bit of info.
            Time to cancel the delivery - I only need the radio bits and they are now so inaccurate and reduced in content that I might just as well get the local paper on Saturday and use its listings which are only marginally more abbreviated - and yes I know that details are available through this wondrous platform.

              Caught it in the car. I love this work. Good performance, but a slightly hectic tenor, I thought.
