    Bristol Baroque Festival

It may be more appropriate on the Performance forum, but this, the first BBF, is in association with Radio 3 which will be broadcasting Radio 3 Live in Concert from St George’s from Monday 25 March to Friday 29 March. Also R3 will be creating a number of interviews and spoken word events to illuminate the Baroque, as part of the wider BBC Radio 3 Baroque season.

Events in Bristol start on Friday 8 March, programme here.

[It ends: 'Our special Bristol Baroque Festival brochure is available NOW, pick up a copy from the Box Office or take a look below.] There doesn't however appear to be anything below ...
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Having heard him playing J S Bach's solo cello suites in London's Purcell Room earlier this year, I can heartily recommend the two Richard Tunnicliffe concerts
