The Alehouse Sessions on BBC Four

Not sure where to post this, and I hope I haven’t missed a post elsewhere. A sadly rare example of original music programming on BBC TV these days. I found it a very engaging hour featuring Bjarte Eike and Barokksolistene performing music from their Alehouse Sessions record in various London locations (one with a live audience), and with a guest appearance by Mary Bevan.

Engaging - and great fun. It must have taken a good while to "choreograph" the sets to avoid clashes of performers and instruments. Nice bit of acting from Mary B I thought, it was a while before I realised she wasn't an audience member.
