Il Tempo Baroque Ensemble perform a concert of works in the Italian style that was all the rage in Warsaw's Commonwealth Court. Composers such as Gabrieli and Merula made their homes there, alongside native composers such as Marcin Mielczewski and Adam Jarzebski. Il Tempo Baroque Ensemble are joined by sopranos Olga Pasiecznik), Ewelina Siedlecka and Katarzyna Bienias, along with Piotr Olech (contralto), Aleksander Rewiński (tenor) and Piotr Pieron (bass) in a concert given at the Royal Castle in Warsaw as part of the International Summer Academy of Early Music 2018.

A very enjoyable concert with a good mix of well known composers and (I assume) not so widely known Polish composers. -

At the moment it seems likely that this was a mistake on the part of the person(or crude AI?)writing the blurb, but considering the dawning of the age of gender fluidity there will possibly come a time when that assumption would be incorrect, or at least open to question?
