It's so difficult to tell us apart, though. Even I have difficulties, sometimes.

        I feel your despair.

But my thanks, too, for pointing me both towards the Chatsworth recording of the work, and for mentioning the Liverpool Renaissance Singers' performance tomorrow night. I'm terribly sorry not to be able to attend.

          Oops, sorry Jean.
Perils of typing on phone, whilst waiting for the start of a concert at Romsey Abbey.

( Romsey singers, including The Chichester Psalms, and music by Dowland, Debussy, Rossini, and Parry. All very well done, and highly enjoyable. )

Anybody care to spot the link in the music?
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

I am not a number, I am a free man.

I will look up my Frank Lloyd Harrison sleeve notes, I promise.
Llewellyn is correct. Lloyd is not.

Apologies for misleading anyone. I've always misexpanded his middle initial without thinking (and it's not just me...)

No, Jean, it's certainly not just you. The mistake was occasionally made during his lifetime too.

                    No, he's Wright.

(That's almost certainly where the mistake's come from...)

It started off as something Eton Choirbookish, now it's morphed into the Lotti Crucifixus!!!
