    A very interesting programme of early Baroque instrumental and vocal works. Mostly unknown to me, which is not saying very much but even Elin Manahan Thomas said of Adagiati, Poppea ‘one familiar work’. Nobody’s fault but it was rather annoying to hear the audience cheering at the end of the concert and not to know what was going on on the stage.
