Brahms on period pianos.

I have only just found out that Dabbringhaus and Grimm released a series of the Brahms piano works on period pianos back in 2011, featuring the pianist Hardy Rittner. He has also recorded, for the same label, the first performance on period instruments of the Piano Concerto no. 1. (You can sample it on YouTube)

Has anyone bought or heard the series? I'm eager to hear more Brahms on period pianos - Andreas Staier has recorded a small selection, too.

We occasionally hear Brahms on our piano at home -a 1905 Bluthner and very good it sounds too. Well maintained early modern pianos can sound terrific still.
