Corelli Christmas Concerto without Largo Pastorale: what were they thinking?
There's an interesting Gallic-flavoured performance of the concerto on this disc from Alpha, mixed with 17th and 18th century French Christmas folk/pastoral carols. Nice rustic playing by Les Musiciens de Saint-Julien.
