        Agreed, but at the same time it's such a wonderfully batty idea to have a programme like this on the radio. But it would have been a treat to have been able to see Lucie skipping around

          It would have been more like the Early Music Show if there had been more music and the reference to what functions the dance had or how the music developed etc., but the guest on both (this and the last) programmes were such good speakers, or rather, talkers that I found the programmes interesting in their own way. All the same, I prefer the EMS to be about music.

          One more dancing session to go (Baroque dance next week).
