Today's concert was given by Scandinavian vocal ensemble Trio Medieval as part of the 2014 Rheinvokal Festival. Their programme, performed in the beautiful fourteenth century Gothic church of Our Lady in Oberwesel on the River Rhine, centres on the fourteenth century Mass of Tournai - interspersed with other music dating from the Middle Ages to the present day, including a beautiful selection of Norwegian folk hymns.

Lovely! Nice hockets in the Tournai Gloria. So glad Saturday is still EM day.
