Calling all Margaret Rutherford fans! (AMMY!!)

    Don't miss this! http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b01pgq4j
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
    Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Perhaps a pm, as Ammy hasn't replied?

I'll listen myself - the one negative aspect to the programme is this - Stephen Fry looks back at the life and work

It's Ammy's birthday today - so I do hope he's up to no good and enjoying himself!

Birthday wishes from me too Am.
Let's hope Wrexham FC can provide a belated present in May.

This is all very pleasant, many thanks all for the greetings & good wishes

Friends prepared a roast pheasant dinner for eight (that's four pheasants not an eighth of one pheasant ) and jolly nice it was too - I'm not long up, as one of the side-effects of being 61 is that I don't have the bounce-back that used to be my trade-mark but I do have almost complete control of my day, so a lengthy post-breakfast snooze was both desirable and possible.

Thanks again for all the sweet messages

But the question I want to know is
Did you get any cards from Derbyshire ?

or perchance a Rupert Annual ?
