it is an ambitious drama, and i am more convinced by it after three episodes .... it is something of a response to the quality of the scandinavian imports in its own way .....

The BBC postponed the last episode (of 4) of this police drama on Thursday out of respect for the Manchester police officers shot dead in a bogus burglary call at the beginning of the week. The climax of Good Cop features a scene of a female officer being violently attacked....the rescheduling is yet to be announced by the BBC.....

... and without apparent notice pulled every trace of it from iPlayer ... it does not even appear as a search item .... whilst the intent is laudable the execution is not

I forgot to mention that! The website appeared to have disappeared but I eventually found through the BBC search engine....The Good Cop home page has an announcement that the final episode has been postponed....the first three episodes are still available via i-player but only with the BSL or AD facility and only for the next 8 hours!

The final episode of Good Cop will air on BBC One on Saturday 13th October at 22.30pm...the first three episodes are again available on i-player until Saturday 20th October....
