The David Bomberg Collection on show

A must-see exhibition now on at the London South Bank University:

David Bomberg and his Borough Group of artists are to be permanently recognised at the location of its formation in Borough Road.

Featured are paintings by Bomberg and other members of The Borough Group, important representatives of early Modernism in the British visual arts.

This coincides in a timely way with the show on at Tate Britain:

Major new exhibition at Tate Britain, Picasso and Modern British Art explores his extensive legacy and influence on British art

Has anyone been to this, or intending going?

Many thanks for this, S_A - I shall definitely go and possibly pop into one of several Spanish tapas bars that have opened in the area to make it a 360 degree treat

Just one long round of pleasure, ain't it Ams...
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
      Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
