For Morse fans who want a respite from the Jubilee Concert and don't mind repeats, I've just noticed that ITV3 at tonight 7pm have Morse followed by Vera. Edit: Morse and Vera also on Tuesday and then different timings throughout rest of the week.

Repeats of Morse have a similar comfort viewing factor to repeats of Dad's Army
Has anyone mentioned Foyle's War? Michael Kitchen's performances are as subtle and watchable as any other 'detective' on TV. High up in the 'comfort' stakes as well"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

As Miss Stewart in Foyles War, shes Miss Prim, but in this eye-opening interview, Honeysuckle Weeks proves she's anything but that in real life, as she tells of her Buddhist wedding to a 'bad boy' dealer in Tibetan antiques, a snog with Hugh Grant, and the day she tried to give her warring parents cannabis-filled mince pies to make them get on
nope, don't think that link works, Anyhoo - if you're that curious, a google of Honeysuckle Stormonth-Darling will I'm sure satisfy...Last edited by vinteuil; 04-06-12, 14:52.
