Anybody else see this? I've been following this series ever since '7 Up' in the early 1960s. Such a contrast to many of today's television documentaries, not just in the characters of the protagonists but also in Michael Apted's approach to, and respect for, his subjects and the medium in which he and they are working together. The old throat had the odd lump a couple of times - strangely, when watching the happier life of one of the subjects (Sue), and not while catching up with poor old Neil.

Excellent stuff and, like you, I've seen them all. Nice to see a returnee after 28 years; I'm sure that a number had dropped out last time and there was a suggestion that, if the trend continued, 56Up might be in doubt. I gather all of the originals feature this time, except for the posh boy who went into television.
