    Cereal for me tomorrow!

I enjoyed the first two episodes of Borgen: after I'd got used to the idea that it wasn't another detective/investigative plot. (When the TV presenter was jogging, I kept waiting for the gunshot!) A different kettle of fish completely: but still with a good story, good performances and brilliant dialogue.

I'm really impressed by 'Borgen' which, while it lacks elements of 'Nordic Noir', has a distinct, welcome strand of underlying humour and a very finely observed portrayal of the Prime Minister's family and home life. (I've never been married to a Prime Minister of either sex, you understand, but it rings true.)

Greenland look stunning in a bleak and cold sort of way. Thought the actor playing the Greenland PM was excellent.

            Agreed on both counts.

It was the switch from forced conviviality to 'look we both know how this works' in his office for me.

I believe there have been 3 series of Borgen in Denmark, I look forward to seeing the other 2.

For those with the technology the current series is being shown on BBC HD as well as BBC4.
