The only difficulties I have with Alan Ake...Ayk... Ayckbourne... no, sorry, Ayckbourne (funny me, I always want an e on the end of his name) is.......... remembering how to spell his name! I had thought of him as much older than 84, but of course as one ages those older than oneself whom one had long looked up to in more senses than one become closer in age, in the great yet relative numerology of things.
