'Amah in the Bathtub' on Radio 4

Just received the following email from American pianist Margaret Leng Tan (probably best known for her Cage performances and devotion to the toy piano):

Across the Atlantic where it’s not Thanksgiving, BBC Radio 4 will air Amah in the Bathtub, a new radio drama by Judith Kampfner on Wed, November 27, from 2.15 to 3 pm, London time.
I am very pleased and proud to make my BBC acting debut as Sylvia, the piano teacher in this production set in 1960s Singapore, based on an actual event.

The play is accessible online for 7 days from the day of broadcast at:

Wives in 1960s colonial Singapore are partying, unaware of disturbing domestic problems.

    Happy Thanksgiving to all!
    Margaret Leng Tan
