This has been an interesting series about insomnia. I liked the second episode in which literary critic and author John Sutherland considered the rich history of insomnia in literature from Macbeth to Heathcliffe. The observations on Dickens were fascinating. 2012 is the bicentenary of his birth so there should be a lot more of him soon on the wireless.
Incidentally, there are 1088 pages to Bleak House. There are also links between insomnia, hypergraphia and temporal lobe epilepsy. Somewhere in these facts is the meaning of the universe.
