A Passage to India (Radio 4)

I've been listening to this adaptation, and despite its brutal abridgement, it's sensitively done.

The story is told from Mrs Moore's point of view. A interesting take, but I'm wondering how the last part of the book will be presented - after Mrs Moore's death!

Several references and insights into EM Forster and his time in India (and particular scenes in both book and film) in David Gilmour's excellent recent book The British in India - Three Centuries of Ambition and Experience.
