My own politics are highly, some might say eccentrically, individual.
I would conclude that I am very much on the political right, principally because I don't like people that much and have an especially venomous contempt for anyone who might be described as 'ordinary and decent' by the likes of Nigel Farage.
I regard Brexit voters as a sub-species and would probably vote for a party that advocated the bombing of Cleethorpes, Doncaster, Basildon and Barnsley.
I would align myself politically with people like D.H. Lawrence and John Fowles - neither of whom identified as a right-winger (though some have speculated that Lawrence would have become a fascist had he lived longer; Fowles was a lifelong socialist and an admirer of Tony Benn, though he would be considered a rightist by anyone under the age of 35, because of his alleged 'anti-semitism').
Nevertheless, I have been a consistent Labour voter throughout my life, though usually on pragmatic grounds. I can't envisage the circumstances under which I would vote for a right-wing party as they are currently constituted.
Edited to add: I did the test and got the same result as Bryn.
