Many years ago, The Sunday Times did a feature on the passport photos of top models including Cindy Crawford, Kate Moss and Christy Turlington. Even these ladies didn’t come over as well as I’m sure they would have liked in the resulting pictures!

'Very handsome' commented the young man who examined my bus pass. I did point out that the photo was taken in 2007, and appeared on my previous bus pass and the one before that.

...well I'm bloody well not!

I"m not a dog lover, though I don't dislike all dogs. They are a wretched disruptive nuisance much of the time - and can be very expensive to look after. I don't really understand why people want to keep some of these animals, though some, such as guide dogs and assistance dogs can be very helpful to their keepers.

One dog appears to love me - though mostly it just wants food. I don't wish it any harm, but it would be easier if it didn't visit us so often.
