...C4 News revealed this evening that Joanne Frail(a Juror who breached confidences
on sworn oath by contacting other witnesses using Facebook)was ordered to serve a 18 Month jail sentence for contempt of Court proceedings. But was this fair?
Well,in my view she did break the Law & the Judge's decision sends a clear message
that even Facebook & the Internet are not above & beyond Court Proceedings!
